Qualifications:

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or

   

• B.Sc. Nursing

   

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Nursing Council registration

   

• 1–3 years of hospital experience (preferred)

   

• Basic knowledge of patient care, medication, and hospital protocols

   

• Good communication and teamwork skills
